Jakarta (ANTARA Sumsel) - After defeating the teams of Brunei Darussalam and Timor Leste respectively 5-0 in the Group F of the Asian Cup Qualification U-19, 2018, the Indonesia's under-19s national soccer team will face South Korea on Saturday (Nov.4).

The Indonesia's under-19s national soccer team (Timnas U-19), according to its coach Indra Sjafri are fit and ready to fight against the South Korea's squad which will take place in Paju Public stadium, South Korea.

Many of Indonesian people who stay in South Korea will directly support the Timnas U-19 or the Garuda Nusantara in the match which will be held at 01.00 p.m. local time.

According to Sjafri in a report issued by the All-Indonesian Football Association (PSSI) and monitored here on Friday, the support of fans who will come directly to the stadium will be an additional encouragement for the Timnas U-19 in the face of the host team.

"We are informed that the Timnas U-19 will get great support from Indonesian supporters who are in South Korea because the match is held right on holiday. This will be an additional spirit and motivation for players," he said.

In addition, Sjafri also asked for support from national team lovers wherever they are, especially in Indonesia.

On composition of the soccer players in facing the South Korea's team, Sjafri has yet revealed who he will field in the game believed to be tough.

"I already have an idea who will play tomorrow from the beginning of the fight. But, certainty will I decide tomorrow to see the condition of the players?," he explained.

Regarding the South Korea's team, Sjafri said that South Korea is not a team without weaknesses, despite their good quality.

In the meantime, Rachmat Irianto, captain of the Garuda Nusantara team said his team will be watchful of South Korea's players that are considered clever and strengthen by tall fast players.

However, Rachmat asserted that the U-19 national team wants to win over a young team of the Ginsang State.

The Indonesian team temporarily lead the standings of group F, with six points from two games, scoring 10 goals, without conceding.

In the inaugural match in the Group F of the Asian Cup Qualification U-19, 2018, which took place in Paju Public stadium, Tuesday, the Timnas U-19 defeated Brunei Darussalam 5-0.

The five goals were scored by Rafli Mursalim in the 12th minute, a "suicide goal" netted by Brunei`s player Haris Herman in 44th minute, Muhammad Iqbal in 51st minute, Egy Maulana Vikri in 56th minute and Saddil Ramdani in 61st minute, according to a report issued by the All-Indonesian Football Association (PSSI) monitored here on Tuesday.

From the beginning of the match, Indra Sjafri, chief coach of the Timnas U-19 fielded his flagship players such as Egy Maulana Vikri, Witan Sulaeman, Rifad Marasabessy dan Rachmat Irianto.

By fielding the flagship players, the Indonesian team immediately appeared pressing since the starting whistle was blown by the referee, Vo Minh Tri from Vietnam.

The 2-0 goals win in the first half did not make Egy Maulana and colleagues relax their spirits. After six minutes in the second half of the run, Muhammad Iqbal joyfully flicked the ball without being blocked by goalkeeper Rahimin Bin Abdul Ghani.

Egy Maulana Vikri then scored the 4th goal in the 56th minute. Saddil Ramdani then netted the 5th goal through hard kick from long distance which cannot be anticipated by the defense of the opponent.

Later on Thursday (Nov. 2), the Indonesia's defeated Timor Leste 5-0 in the Group F.

The first half ended with 0-0 score, according to a report issued by the All-Indonesian Football Association (PSSI).

In the second half, Indonesia became sharper after the coach Indra Sjafri made substitutions by fielding Saddil Ramdani and Egy Maulana Vikri, who did not play in 45 minutes early.

Ramdani made the first goal in the 50th minute. Indonesia then increased the lead to 2-0, after Hanis Saghara Putra made the goal nine minutes later.

Egy Maulana Vikri then successfully scored three goals in eight minutes in the 83rd, 86th, and 90th minutes, respectively.
